Our Mission
Our mission is to safely guide each client toward their fitness goals while working hard — and having some fun too.
We offer a private setting — just you and a trainer. You can expect one or two other clients in the studio at most. We specialize in general strength and conditioning, weight loss, muscle gain, osteoporosis prevention and remediation, sports performance training, and more.
Owner & Lead Trainer
Paul has worked in the wellness field since 1989 — an athlete his whole life across baseball, football, track and field, weightlifting, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and road cycling. His passion is bringing that experience to every client.

Danesh brings over nine years of fitness industry experience across sports performance and general fitness. He has trained everyone from junior athletes and NFL players to clients managing chronic conditions.
